We MADGive to Make A Difference.
As a socially minded and philanthropic enterprise recruiters, we are committed to making a difference in our communities. When we make a placement with your organization, we make a contribution to the noble causes close to your heart. Throughout the years we have been honored to donate to many worthy causes and organizations who are changing the world for the better.
Our founder is on the board of Conscious Capitalism, San Diego and is a member of the San Diego Equality Business Association.

CultivHIRE 2022 Non-Profit of Choice.
Each year, CultivHIRE selects one non-profit to and highlight and support through charitable giving. For 2022 we have selected, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. This organization is top of mind for CultivHIRE’s founder, Amber Gough, and her family. Amber’s husband Mike was recently diagnosed with MS and their family is dedicated to supporting him through this unpredictable journey and life altering autoimmune disease.
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is a nonprofit organization that was founded in New York City as the Association for Advancement of Research on Multiple Sclerosis on March 11, 1946, by Sylvia Lawry. With chapters throughout the United States, the organization funds research, advocates for social and political change, provides education, and sponsors services that help people with multiple sclerosis and their families.

With limited budgets small nonprofit organizations often do not have the budget to hire professional recruiters. We partner with one non-profit per year to support in developing purpose driven recruiting strategies and efforts.

As a military spouse, Amber is also actively involved in serving the veteran and military family community through volunteering with such organizations as, The Rosie Network, SDMAC, Fleet Week San Diego, NSW Sisterhood, and The Honor Foundation. Amber has always been driven by a higher purpose of connecting and serving others in her personal and professional life.
