A little bit about Amber Gough:

I am a recovering social worker (yes, burned out in town years) however, I am blessed to have. Found a career in recruiting for the past 18 years.  It certainly pays better, is less depressing and yet still meets my higher purpose – which is connecting others and making a difference in the lives of my clients.

I have had the opportunity of working with the large publicly held recruiting, smaller boutique and when I moved to San Diego over five years ago, I founded Talent Fusion Point, which is a purpose driven recruiting and consulting firm.

As an external recruiter, I specialize in the placement of accounting, finance, administrative, operations and legal professionals.

Through my recruiting and consulting practice, I serve as an extension of growing businesses in the areas of talent acquisition and recruiting strategies.  There is no need for business owners to lose sleep concerning themselves with how they might find top talent and build a winning team.  That is what I am here for!

I am best known for empowering socially responsible business leader through purpose driven recruiting practices, which means we focus on finding talented candidates who are in alignment with the organizations higher purpose and culture.

I practice what I preach, through my MADGIVE program, I donate a percentage of my profits to the nonprofit of my clients choice.
